Swallows	A handmade swallow that will be labeled with a child’s name are given to each child when they have completed therapy, herby they receive their wings. The swallows are also used as transitional objects to comfort children going through trauma. As a volunteer you can get involved by making swallows for the child.
Warmer	The giving or making of scarf’s, hats and school shoes.
Medical	Any medical advice or help.
Professional	The volunteering of your professional services by giving time. Any input that can assist with marketing.
